We couldn’t be more impressed with their knowledge, enthusiasm and loving support

“We are so thankful to Dr. Bloom and Keasha for all they have done to help our son, Alex. We couldn’t be more impressed with their knowledge, enthusiasm and loving support. They have made a world of difference for our son!

At the end of Alex’s second grade school year, we became increasingly concerned about how he was going to manage the demands placed upon him in third grade. (He attends a private school where the students are encouraged to take on more responsibility and have a greater workload.) We further became worried when we learned Alex’s reading fluency was nearly 2 years behind that of his peers. He was also having focusing issues in and out of school. He struggled to complete his work and often skipped problems on tests and homework assignments. We even began to wonder if Alex suffered from ADD.

After several diagnostic evaluations, we were finally directed to the Center for Vision Enhancement. After a thorough visual perception evaluation, Dr. Bloom suggested a plan of action, which included therapy with Keasha. We were a bit skeptical at first, wondering how therapy could make Alex a better student, but decided we had to commit to it for Alex’s sake. We were at our wits’ end and were willing to do anything to help our son.

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision. Alex is now a better student and a better reader as a result. We noticed a difference almost immediately. Alex not only completes his homework accurately and thoroughly, he also completes it on his own with very little help or assistance. He has earned straight A’s this semester as well. His reading fluency has drastically improved, and he is now on par with others his own age. Books that used to take him days on end to read are now read cover to cover within a day.

Best of all, Alex feels good about himself and is proud of all that he has accomplished.”
